Thursday in Marlboro, VT

Here are some photos from our trip to Vermont last weekend. We visited SIT Graduate Institute to check out their open house - they have a Master's degree program that I'm very interested in. Since we'd been looking for an excuse for a weekend away, we decided to turn this into a nice little mini-break.
One of the things that's so cool about Vermont (and another reason to go back and spend more time there) is how steeped in history it is. Pretty much everywhere we went had historical significance (including the roads) particular to the Revolutionary War. In this case, it was the Battle of Bennington.

View of Mikie in the restaurant in the Inn...love the fireplace.
